This is how the Super Rugby teams themselves scored in Fantasy Super Rugby 2019, Round 15:
Despite losing the fixture 19-13, the Queensland Reds had the top Super Rugby fantasy team score in round 15. Understandable given that they had 71% possession & 73% of territory in this game (including an unbelievable 85% possession and 92% territory in the second half!) and double the carries of the Chiefs. Still can’t believe they couldn’t get the win! It came down to a lack of creativity on offense. Credit must go to the Chiefs who defended like their lives depended on it and showed that you can still get fantasy points without the ball. They came in with the second highest fantasy score of round 15 off the back of the 257 tackles they had to make!!!
The Waratahs had the top scoring bench of the round in a pretty terrible performance against a class Jaguares side. This was in large part due to Karmichael Hunt leaving the field early through injury (check the Casualty Ward for the details and all Super Rugby injury news) which saw Lalakai Foketi get bulk minutes and also Curtis Rona having a blinder off the bench.
